Welcome to the Institute of Cancer Research & Immunology ( ICRI) at Chennai. This cross-Faculty, interdisciplinary research centre has over 300 clinical and basic researchers from across the world that is committed to the highest quality of research excellence. Our mission is to develop new avenues for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of cancer to relieve human suffering. To achieve this we are developing the highest quality clinical and basic science research programmes. The hallmark of our research programme is a close, collaborative interaction between clinical and laboratory research experts that ultimately enhances the quality and scope of our integrated basic and clinical research programmes in cancer as well as other diseases.
